Connie Mae Koepp (Matteson) was born July 16, 1930 in Chetek, WI to Charles and Vera Matteson, the oldest of five children. Connie left us on September 15, 2017 at the age of 87 in Woodbury, MN. Connie was preceded in death by her parents; step-father, Andrew Toth; three sisters; and one brother. She married Eugene Koepp in August 1947 and had four children, two daughters, and two sons. Connie is survived by her four children and their spouses; 13 grandchildren and their spouses; and 15 great-grandchildren. Connie was a long-time resident of the St. Croix Valley area and employee of Stillwater Area Schools, a job she enjoyed for over 30 years.
Funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday September 23rd at Cornerstone Assembly of God 1350 Heritage Drive New Richmond, WI 54017. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to service at the church. Luncheon will be served after the service. Private burial will be at the Orchard Beach Cemetery in Rice Lake, WI. In lieu of flowers please donate to a local charity or food shelf.
