Richard died on Friday September 21, 2012 as a result of a motorcycle accident. He was born on April 20, 1965 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Lester & Lenore (Baloga) Shade. He was a Navy veteran and worked for Tilsner Carton. He enjoyed being outdoors, building models and singing karaoke. He was preceded in death by his father, Lester; brother in law, Ed Fisher. Survived by his wife, Jodi (Millard) Shade; children, Richard Jr (Nicole) Shade, Kathryn Shade, Joshua Shade; mother, Lenore Shade, siblings, Michelle Fisher, Cheryl (Daryl) Magnason, Pete (Rachel) Shade; former wife, Shelley; nieces, Ashly, Emily, Samantha, Michaela and also other relatives and friends. Funeral Service 10AM Thursday September 27, 2012 at the Cullen Crea Funeral Home in New Richmond, Wisconsin. Visitation Wednesday 4-7 PM at the Funeral Home. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to the family in lieu of flowers.
