Patricia J. Heintz, age 77, passed away on March 24, 2016 at the St. Croix Health Center in New Richmond, Wisconsin. She was born on August 12, 1938 to Angelo and Beatrice (Hockert) DeNucci in Cumberland, Wisconsin. She graduated from Cumberland High School and married her sweetheart, John Heintz, on December 31, 1956. Nothing was more important to her than family. Holidays and special events always held a dear place in her heart, and it showed in many ways. Whether it was the exceptional meals she cooked from scratch, her nearly world famous spread of cookies at Christmastime, or the precious gifts she gave, her acts of love were numerous. Her gardens, with their huge array of flowers, were a very special place for her. She was an avid bowler and was on the local bowling league for many years, enjoyed selling Avon, taking walks, and always took time to listen. Her faith and love of God extended down to family and friends, affecting them in positive ways. She talked to God a lot and always kept her faith strong, even in the most difficult of times. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Robert DeNucci. She is survived by her beloved husband of fifty nine years, John Heintz; children, Judith (Bill) Stecker, Nancy (Gary) Searle, Daniel (Diane) Heintz, Thomas Heintz, Mary (Kurt) Jorgensen, Richard (Renee) Heintz; grandchildren, Derek Stecker, Martin Stecker, Nicholas Searle, David Searle, Michael Heintz, Molly Heintz (fiancé Clark Dolch), Thomas Heintz (Lynsi), Andrew Heintz, Katie Heintz (fiancé Dave Sylte), Gina Jorgensen, Joe Jorgensen, Hannah Heintz, Nathan Heintz; greatgrandchildren, Knox Heintz, Lyla Heintz, Jaxx Sylte; and sister, Carole (Jerry) Chmielewski.
